Crock-Pot Chicken w/ Pineapple Salsa
You'll need: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pineapple Salsa by Casa De Jorge Salsa Company
Directions: Lightly grease your crock-pot. Place chicken in a single layer, it’s ok if they overlap a little. Pour over the salsa. Cover & cook on low 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve chicken over rice if desired.
