Why should I place my order with Casa De Jorge Salsa?

How can I place my order?
You can place your order by phone anytime by calling our Corporate relations line at 610-628-3151


You may also download our easy to use corporate order form to help you tally your list of recipients. If you need additional information or help with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact directly using the phone number listed above.

Once complete, email your order form to
info@casadejorgesalsa.com and we’ll take care of the rest!

How far in advance should I place my order?

For your convenience, you can place orders up until 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

For larger business orders, or during holiday peak times, we recommend that you place orders at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance so that we can verify information, and ensure product availability.

How much room do I have for a card message?
Your card message can be up to 500 characters in length.

Ask your Corporate Gift Specialist about including your corporate logo, in full color on the greeting card, FREE of charge!

Will I receive an order receipt/order confirmation?
Absolutely, If you place your order online, you will see an order confirmation page after you place your order. We recommend printing this page so that you will have it to keep for your records.
Whether you place your order online or by phone, you will also be emailed an order confirmation after you place your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, it is possible that the email addressed was entered incorrectly or it could be caught in a spam filter.

How will I know when my gift has shipped?
Once your gift has left our shop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment's status through delivery.

Is there a minimum purchase required?
No. We’re happy to help you with your order large or small.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts on qualifying orders.

Do you offer samples of your products?

Can you insert my business cards and promotional materials with shipments?
Absolutely! We’d be happy to include your business cards with your shipments. If there are additional promotional materials you would like to add to a gift, there may be an additional cost to get everything to fit with your gift.

Can you customize my order?
Absolutely! We offer the option to fully customize any gift.

Our corporate gift specialists will help you select from various products featured in our gifts or even work with you to include your own branded items. We’ll even go the extra mile by personally shopping for specific items you would like to include in your gift.

From the basket to the bow, your customized gift will be one that is truly unique!

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Shipping rates are based on actual costs and are calculated specifically for each gift by factoring in the weight and dimensions of the item, where it is being shipped to and the service level you select.

Because shipping rates are calculated based on the item you select, we do not have a standard shipping rate table available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship salsa internationally.

Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We can ship directly to your list of recipients at multiple locations.

Can you invoice me for my order?
Orders placed online receive an Paid receipt automatically, Once an over the phone or email order has been established, we will email you an invoice. Then you have the option to pay via credit card or by check.
